Board Meetings

When a meeting has been scheduled please come to this page to obtain a link for the Zoom Meeting. You may also contact us at CGardens501@gmail.com prior to the meeting to have a Zoom meeting link send directly to your e-mail.

When necessary, will be held on the third Thursday of the month at 7 PM in the Club House or via Zoom. Notice of the Meeting will be posted 48 hours in advance on the bulletin boards and the website.

The most recent meeting was held on October 19th. Special Assessments, increasing HOA fees and maintenance were issues discussed. Please contact TEEM Management for copies of the minutes.
